Tonight I made roasted peppers. I also used these on the asparagus.... The first pic shows how i cut them into strips and the next picture shows how thwy look presented.
3 Red Peppers
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Edamame (Boiled Soy Beans) cooked and salted
Clean peppers (Either Red, Orange, Yellow or Green). Place whole peppers on baking tray in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, turning reguarly!!) Once peppers turn dark brown and burn like, poke holes in pepper so that it defaltes. Once pepper defaltes, wait another 10 min to take out. Once you take peppers out of oven put into brown paper bags. Let stay for 20 minutes. The skin should peel off very easily. Once skin comes off, place roasted peppers into a strianer and let it for a 1/2 hour. Then cut into strips as above. I put my peppers into a dish with some Edamame beans in the center for decoration. I add an Olive Oil drissel and salt and pepper. Enjoy!!! NO Garlic for the sensitive palate!!!
